Mr. Nassir, CEO and Director of Golden State
Mr. Nassir has been passionate about serving and giving a helping hand to those with a disability and the disability community. He believes anyone is capable of anything, with the right provided services and help you will receive at Golden State Care. We will support you in every way we can. As a person with long-term community engagement, Mr. Nassir has established and engaged in community activities and has been a community leader in many establishments. He helped establish a community as a leader by engaging young children in sports, mentorship programs, activities, and leadership.
Our management team understands the continuous support our support workers need to provide our participants with quality support. We understand the operations in terms of the policies and procedures, business plans, and so forth as well as linking our participants with other services as required, mainstream services, and other services which our management has done thorough research in the disability sector and research on the NDIS.
The staff that we recruit at Golden State Care will be required to have at least a minimum set of levels of experience in disability services for supporting participants so you can receive the best support possible.
